The International Aid of the Luxembourg Red Cross, in collaboration with the Research Unit in Law of the University of Luxembourg, has the pleasure to invite you to the 3rd seminar of the cycle on the international humanitarian law.The seminar “The Movement of Migrants and Refugees by Dangerous Means across the Mediterranean See and their Protection,” will be held on November 4th from 12h to 14h at the University of Luxembourg, Weicker Building (Campus Kirchberg).
