Seaside, mountain or countryside stays for young people
For more than 50 years, the Service Vacances (holiday service) of the Luxembourg Red Cross has been offering seaside, mountain or countryside holidays to children and teenagers. From now on, under the supervision of young volunteers specifically trained by the Luxembourg Red Cross Youth, they will discover their environment thanks to numerous activities as varied as they are entertaining.

Discoveries to all
Holidays with the Red Cross Youth are open to everyone – without any differentiation. Every year, around 600 children and young people between the ages of 4 and 17, with or without disabilities and from all social backgrounds, have gone on holiday with the Red Cross Youth.

Adapted supervision
The Red Cross Youth Holidays have the particularity of being supervised by young volunteers. This is an undeniable strength and asset, as these young people give a unique energy to the stays.
All the supervisors have followed a specific training course of at least 150 hours organised by the Luxembourg Red Cross Youth and are supported by professionals from the socio-educational sector.

Rates adapted thanks to donations
The rates proposed for these stays are divided into three different levels according to the income and situation of the parents. In all three cases, the cost of the stay is identical but the sources of funding vary:
